What do you grow?

How long does it take to press cider?

There are a few variable to consider when figuring out how much time you need to press cider. How many gallons you are going to make and how much manpower you bring with you. The average group produces approximately a gallon of cider in 30 minutes, but more experienced groups can produce much more.

What do you do with the apple pulp?

It is composted in the field next to the trees.

What do you do with all the apples that fall on the ground?

Nothing! They naturally compost back into the groun.
