Cortland
Cortland apples are a large red on green apple from New York. It makes chunky applesauce and remains white for extended periods of time when used in salads.
Gravenstien
A small hardy apple known for it's sweet yet tart flavor.
Red Delicious
A very sweet apple, often used in cooking.
Summer Red
A delightful Golden Delicious / McIntosh cross. Makes pink apple sauce.
Empire
A Red-Delicious and McIntosh cross from New York. This apple is highly rated in taste tests nationwide.
McIntosh
An excellent all-purpose apple which is consistently popular. Mildly tart.
Red Free
A large, red summer apple. Sweet and juicy but must be picked before they over ripen.
William's Pride
Known for a sweet, rich, spicy taste, this apple is highly rated for flavor.
Golden Delicious
The Golden Delicious is an excellent sweet all-purpose apple with exceptional dessert qualities.
Original Red Delicious
The sweet and juicy predecessor to the modern Red Delicious.
Spartan
A Newton / McIntosh cross, this is an excellent all purpose apple from British Columbia.
